Part 1: 24K Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and Scope of Service
1.1These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and the Operator for accessing and using the 24K website, web app, account features, live updates, history, performance statistics, membership plans and related content (together, the "Service").
1.2By registering, clicking "Agree", subscribing, accessing or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and the related Privacy Policy, Methodology, Refund Policy (if any) and other terms clearly shown on the pages. If you do not agree, do not register, pay for or use the Service.
1.3If these Terms conflict with an order page, plan page or specific rule, the specific terms clearly shown before payment prevail for that transaction; these Terms apply to everything else.
2. Nature of the Service and Key Risks
2.124K is an information and research tool for professional and general users. It mainly offers organised public market data such as BTC/USDT, method-group direction records, green and red dot signals, win rate, hits, net wins, history and related statistics.
2.2The Service is not:
- an investment adviser, securities adviser, asset manager, fund manager or broker;
- a virtual-asset exchange, matching platform, clearing house or payment institution;
- a wallet, custody service or service that holds or transfers virtual assets for clients;
- an order-placing, automated trading, copy-trading or return-guarantee service;
- advice tailored to your personal finances, risk tolerance or investment goals.
2.3Green dots, red dots, direction labels, rankings, win rates, net wins, total (PK) and other indicators are historical or current reference information generated under fixed rules and definitions. They do not represent future results and are not advice to buy, sell, hold, go long, go short or take any trading action.
2.4Crypto-asset prices can move sharply in a short time and may cause the loss of some or all of your capital. Before using any information, independently assess your finances, risk tolerance, experience and local legal requirements, and consult a qualified independent professional where necessary.
2.5You are solely responsible for all trades, investments, borrowing, leverage, derivatives or other actions based on the Service and their consequences. We do not guarantee profit, loss avoidance or any particular performance.
3. Data Sources and Rule Definitions
3.1The Service may use exchanges, data vendors, public market APIs and other third-party sources. The actual source, pair, time zone, time window, settlement method and statistical definitions are as disclosed in the Methodology and on product pages.
3.2Where the product uses 15-minute periods, unclosed periods are marked "In progress" or "current period, not yet settled"; a period only enters settled statistics after the fixed settlement conditions are met.
3.3We make reasonable efforts to keep data timely, complete and consistent, but do not guarantee third-party sources are always accurate, continuous, delay-free or unaffected by market anomalies. Outages, delays, errors, API changes, network failures or force majeure may affect what is displayed.
3.4Published statistics may be corrected for technical errors, source corrections, duplicates or obvious anomalies. For material corrections we keep change records or publish notes where reasonably practicable; we never alter results afterwards to create or promise better performance.
4. Eligibility and Regional Restrictions
4.1You represent and warrant that:
- you have reached the minimum age required in your region, and in principle are at least 18;
- you have the capacity to enter into these Terms and bear the related legal responsibility;
- your use does not violate the laws, regulations, regulatory requirements or court orders of your country, region or actual location;
- you are not barred from similar services by sanctions, embargoes, export controls or other mandatory restrictions;
- your registration and payment information is true, accurate and complete, and will be kept up to date.
4.2Some countries or regions restrict or prohibit providing virtual-asset information, research, promotion, subscriptions or payment services to their residents. The Operator may restrict, suspend or refuse access or transactions from certain regions based on legal advice, regulation, payment-provider rules, risk assessment or business policy.
4.3Regions or persons the Operator plans to restrict: ["as published on the product pages"]. Any exclusion of US citizens, permanent residents, tax residents or persons in the US must be consistent across the registration page, these Terms, region detection, payment pages and marketing, and confirmed by counsel.
4.4You must not evade regional restrictions through false information, proxies, circumvention or other means. If your region does not allow you to use the Service, stop using it immediately.
5. Account Registration, Verification and Security
5.1You may register only one account for yourself unless we agree in writing. Accounts may not be sold, rented, transferred, shared or otherwise provided to others.
5.2You must provide true, accurate and complete registration details. We may ask you to verify your email, phone number, age, residence, payment information or other reasonable eligibility details, and may carry out sanctions, fraud, abuse or risk screening as permitted by law.
5.3Keep your username, password, verification codes, access tokens and other credentials safe. Any activity under your account may be treated as yours unless you have promptly told us of unauthorised access.
5.4If you notice account misuse, a leaked password, unusual sign-ins or other security incidents, contact us immediately via [service email]. To protect accounts and the Service, we may require extra verification, suspend sessions, reset credentials or limit some features.
6. Plans, Subscriptions and Payment
6.1The details, prices, billing periods, taxes, payment methods, available regions and technical limits of free features and paid membership are as shown on the plan and order pages before you order.
6.2Membership may be billed monthly, quarterly, yearly or for other periods shown on the page. It is not auto-renewing unless the order page says so and you have validly authorised it. If auto-renewal is enabled, we will explain the renewal period, price, how to cancel and the next charge date where practicable.
6.3Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms and understand the Operator normally does not store full card numbers, card PINs or payment-account credentials. Payment providers may process your payment and device information under their own privacy policies.
6.4Before payment, the order page shows the plan, period, price, currency, taxes or how they are calculated, whether it auto-renews, refund rules and the confirm button. Check your order before confirming.
6.5Membership benefits usually take effect immediately after payment is confirmed or within the time stated on the page. For digital content or instant-access services, statutory cooling-off, withdrawal or refund rights may vary by region, the nature of the service and whether you expressly agreed to immediate performance.These Terms do not exclude consumer rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
6.6If the order page allows refunds, you may apply under the refund policy. For duplicate charges, unauthorised charges, failed payments that were still charged, system errors or refunds required by law, contact us via [service email]. Refund times may depend on the payment provider and card issuer.
6.7If you pay through chargebacks, fraud, stolen payment instruments, false identity or other unlawful means, we may suspend or terminate the account and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- crack, reverse-engineer, decompile or bypass access controls, risk controls, regional restrictions or membership permissions;
- use crawlers, scripts, bots or bulk tools to scrape, copy, export, mirror or republish Service content;
- resell, sublicense, publicly distribute or use data, signals, rankings or account access in competing products;
- forge, tamper with, delete or hide signals, statistics, times, sources, disclaimers or copyright notices;
- interfere with servers, APIs, networks, security mechanisms or other users' normal use;
- use the Service for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, insider trading or other illegal activity;
- upload malicious code or content infringing others' intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- generate fake visits, rankings, favourites, comments or other usage records by automated means;
- let minors or ineligible persons use your account;
- claim in any way that the Operator provides personalised investment advice, guaranteed returns or trade execution.
8. Intellectual Property and Limited Licence
8.1All intellectual property in the Service's software, interface, brand, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, database structure, method-group system, data arrangement, statistical displays, algorithm implementations and other content belongs to the Operator or its licensors.
8.2While you comply with these Terms and keep a valid account, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable personal licence solely to access and use the Service.
8.3Without the Operator's written permission, you may not copy, adapt, publicly display, distribute, rent, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit or build competing services on the Service. Reasonable quotation permitted by law is allowed, keeping the source, context and disclaimers.
9. Third-Party Services and External Links
The Service may include third-party market data, payments, authentication, cloud services, analytics tools or external links. Third-party services are run by those parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Unless the law provides otherwise, the Operator gives no warranty for their availability, accuracy, security, compliance or conduct.
10. Availability, Changes and Suspension
10.1We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service running but do not guarantee it will be continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, delay-free or fit for your particular purpose.
10.2We may temporarily limit, suspend or adjust the Service due to maintenance, upgrades, data-source changes, cyberattacks, payment-provider limits, regulatory requirements, legal changes, risk events or force majeure.
10.3We may adjust features, interface, data sources, method groups, plan content, prices and how statistics are shown. For paid members whose plan has not expired, we will handle purchased benefits as required by law or as commercially reasonable; if a major change materially reduces them, we will provide the notice, alternative or remedy required by law.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator makes no express or implied warranties, including of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, continuous availability or freedom from errors.
11.2To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses arising from: market price changes, trading losses, lost opportunities, data loss, business interruption, third-party services, unauthorised access, cyberattacks, system errors or your reliance on the Service.
11.3These Terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or liability that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
11.4Where permitted by law and applicable to you, the Operator's total liability for the Service is capped at the membership fees you actually paid the Operator in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability; for non-paying users, the cap is [amount / currency]. This does not affect non-waivable rights granted by law.
12. Suspension, Termination and Closure
12.1You may stop using the Service at any time and request account closure via the account page or [service email]. Closure does not automatically release payment, dispute, compensation or compliance obligations that arose before it.
12.2We may restrict, suspend or terminate an account if you breach these Terms, a payment fails, there is fraud or security risk, regional restrictions apply, the law requires us to act, or continuing the Service would expose the Operator, you or third parties to risk.
12.3Where permitted by law and without affecting investigations, security or harm prevention, we will explain important reasons for suspension or termination via account notices, email or other reasonable means. If law or regulation forbids notice, we may withhold the specific reason.
12.4On termination, the access licence ends immediately. Terms on payment, intellectual property, risk, disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, data retention and others that by nature should survive remain in effect.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, regulatory, business or security reasons. We will publish the new effective date on the page; if a change materially harms you, we will notify you via the page, email or account notice as required by law or as commercially reasonable. Continuing to use the Service after the update takes effect means you accept it; if you disagree, stop using the Service and, as permitted by law, request closure or handling of unused benefits.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
14.1These Terms are governed by [Malaysia and Southeast Asia], without affecting mandatory protections you enjoy as a consumer.
14.2Disputes under these Terms shall first be negotiated in good faith via [service email]. If that fails, they shall be submitted to [court or arbitration body, seat, language and rules].
14.3If your region grants you a non-waivable right to bring claims before local courts, consumer-dispute bodies or data-protection authorities, this clause does not limit that right.
